DENTAL HEALTH WEEK
This year’s Dental Health Week message is to encourage everyone, no matter how busy their lives, to set aside time for their oral health. Dental Health Week is from Monday 7th August to Friday 11th August.

On two of those days (Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th August) ADA NSW will be holding a pop-up event in Martin Place to promote oral health to busy people. Targeting morning commuters and lunchtime office workers (7am to 2pm), ADA NSW will be promoting DHW messages, answering questions, directing people to the ‘ADA Find A Dentist’ website and handing out giveaways of toothbrushes and other oral health promotion goodies.

We are seeking enthusiastic city based dental students to volunteer for an hour or two over the course of the event to promote the messages of dental health week and answer questions from community members.

If you are interested in volunteering with ADA NSW between the hours of 7am and 2pm on Monday 7th or Tuesday 8th August please contact ADA NSW’s Oral Health Coordinator Aasta Laurie via email aasta.laurie@adansw.com.au.
